We can recommend linked services such as conveyancers and mortgage advisors. We will receive a referral fee per legal completion, where a customer instructs one of our recommended solicitors or mortgage advisors. This is included in the quote prior to the instruction and is not added to the solicitor or mortgage advisors’ fees. The same cost (or more) would be charged should a client go directly to any of the recommended parties.
Should you decide to use the recommended service, Viaduct will receive a referral fee between £75 and £100 for referring them to you.
Viaduct Estate Agency receive a referral fee from Eddison’s (SDL and Pugh) auctions for recommending them to you. Our sales advisor will make you aware of this fee before you proceed. This fee is taken from the buyer’s fees and is usually 2% of the purchase price.
You are not under any obligation to use the services of any of the recommended providers, should you decide to use their service, the provider will pay us the referral fee. The referral fee is completely separate from your obligation to pay our own fees or commission.
