Earlier this month, Viaduct Housing Partnership's Former Battersby Hat Factory Development was shortlisted for 'Best New Development in the North' at the First Time Buyer Awards 2022!
Viaduct and Lane End are working collaboratively on the scheme, transforming one of Stockport's most iconic industrial hubs into 144 high quality homes. The new neighbourhood will see the conversion of the two most significant structures fronting Hempshaw Lane, and construction so far has ensured parts of the existing building are reclaimed, such as the slates and bricks.
